Our customer care executive has an important role in addressing customer concerns. As the first res-ponders, our customer care executives should have good listening skill, quick thinking, and good verbal communication.
Eligibility & Qualification - (Mandatory*)
Good in Hindi (Verbal & Written)
Fresher's and Experience: Graduate or Post Graduate
Undergraduate students are also considered.
Salary and benefits -
Starting salary will be Rs. 15,000
EPF/Health insurance covered after confirmation.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Handling Queries and Complaints,
Coordinate with restaurants and delivery executives.
Use the internal tools, the dashboard to resolve the concern.
Other Information -
Weekly off, 6 days work week.
8 hours shift
Leaves as per govt rules.
Rotational shifts
Females will work only in the day shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 15,000.00 /month
