Overview
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Assist customers with queries, complaints, and product/service information.

Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns.
2. Problem Resolution & Escalation

Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Ensure follow-up on unresolved customer queries.
3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.

Log customer interactions and feedback for service improvements.

Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on customer interactions.
4. Sales & Cross-Selling (If Required)

Promote and explain products/services to potential customers.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
