Job Description: Customer Care Representative
Responsibilities:
Responding to Customer Inquiries: Handling incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding product information, service questions, account inquiries, billing, and general concerns.
Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Product/Service Knowledge: Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of company products/services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
Documentation: Accurately documenting customer interactions, feedback, and details of inquiries or complaints in the CRM system.
Tele Sales
Assisting with Orders: Assisting customers with placing orders, order tracking, cancellations, and processing returns or exchanges as required.
Escalation Handling: Escalating complex or high-priority issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive and long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers' concerns and exhibit patience in handling various situations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the company's products/services and the ability to learn and adapt to new information quickly.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is often preferred.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, basic computer applications, and typing skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and multitask effectively.
Team Player: Capability to collaborate within a team environment and contribute to achieving team goals.
