Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Service to become a valuable part of our team for Bss Microfinance Limited based in Bangalore, located at Nagarbhavi. The role offers ₹14000 - ₹14500 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BSS Microfinance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a regional language.
- Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 0-0.5 years of experience in customer service or tele calling, who are proficient in Hindi/ Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Marathi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 10th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
