Job Description
Ability to converse in – English , Hindi and Marathi – minimum
Ability to converse in South Indian languages preferable ( Tamil & Malayalam in particular )
Implement policies and procedures related to the flow of information and systems used within the operation.
Open to work in rotating shifts in a 24x7 work environment
Establish & constantly strive to increase standards of performance for the operation
Co-ordinate with the relevant departments towards resolution of customers case
