- Handling customer calls which involves
- Providing account information
- Blocking and reissuing cards
- Cheque book requests
- Statement requests
- DD requests
- ATM Pin / TPin / mibank Pin requests
- Net banking/Business banking ID activation / reactivation / deactivation
- Phone number updation
- Email ID updation
- SMS alert registration
- Product/Process Query handling
- Responding to queries on Demat (T-1 data)
- Responding to queries on Consumer Finance
- Cross-selling
Job Requirements:
- Languages – English, Hindi and a regional language is mandatory
- Shift timing for female candidates will be between 7am to 8:30pm
- Male candidates will have to work on rotational shifts – Night shift will be from 4pm to 1am
- Age: candidates below 29 years of age
