Job Description
1. Handle end-to-end implementation of Bizom, a leading SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation product for the FMCG industry
2. Understand software architecture, the configuration of the product to match customer requirements
3. Work with master data, assist with service requests, and troubleshoot problems with data
4. Handle clients and communicate client's requirements to internal teams
5. Coordinate with respective stakeholders and provide technical assistance to clients within SLA

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th May'21 and 2nd Jul'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), decent documentation skills
2. Computer and mobile-savvy with moderate knowledge of MS-Excel
3. Willingness and eagerness to work in a high-pressure fast-growing start-up environment
4. Data analysis skills - ability to interpret data and reports for business requirements
5. Strong interpersonal and soft skills
6. Good team player
7. Basic database knowledge will be added advantage
