Job Description

Position Name: Customer Delight Executive (Voice Process)
Educational Qualification 12th grade Passed/Diploma/ undergraduate/ Graduate (any stream).

Personality traits:-

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices / Good typing speed (minimum 25 wpm with 90% accuracy) / Spoken Hindi communication (Mandatory) / Willingness to work in shifts (Flexible to work in 24 x 7 environment)
Note : All candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts and 5 days working ( 2 days week-off)
Female candidates should be willing to work till 12 midnight (Cab drop facility available within 25 KM radius from Silk board)
Male candidates should be willing to work till 5 AM (Cab drop facility available within 25 KM radius from Silk board)
