About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the business, product & customer journey and how customer support plays a major role in the overall retention and upselling model
2. Establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures
3. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat
4. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
5. Analyze and report product issues (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
6. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
7. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
8. Gather customer feedback and share with our product, sales, and marketing teams
9. Collaborate with internal teams like success, creative, marketing, product, tech and more, to drive retention
Requirements:
1. Experience in a customer chat support specialist or similar customer service role preferred
2. Experience using help desk software, remote support tools would be preferred
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
4. Multi-tasking abilities
5. Patience when handling tough cases
6. Typing speed of 38 to 40 WPM with 90% and above accuracy
7. Experience with tools like Excel/Sheets, Tableau, etc.
8. Strong with basics, quick learner & good with numbers
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Bachelor's degree
