Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Regularly connect with Experts and solve the issues being faced by them
- Connect with Customers for feedback and also resolve their problems
- Scheduling and match-making of jobs scheduled/rescheduled/cancelled
- Ensure correct products and services are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
- Serve as link of communication between Experts and Customers
- The Customer Delight Executive would be responsible for communicating with the internal departments and handling all customer related issues and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction .
- To communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments to maintain a seamless process.
