Description of Role
  • Understand students’ needs and requirements and continuously further your understanding of the SV.CO target audience
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team for further development and closure. Assist and learn from this team.
  • Ensure SV.CO is able to offer apt and timely responses to inbound queries
  • Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects and come up with new outreach and engagement plans
  • Perform effective online demos to prospective applicants
  • Relay product improvements and products suggestion and follow through to implementation
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with web tools (Google Doc, Sheets etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
