Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Resolving the customer's complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problems/issues.
- Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information and building sustainable relationships of trust.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Inform customer about deals and promotions

Required Experience and Qualifications
Graduate in any stream, MBA would be a definite plus
