Job Description
- Understanding business structure from registered/ new service providers and guiding them how can they use BookMeIn for their business growth and enhance customer experience.
- Manage a variety of support required for service providers/ Users of BookMeIn with a focus on quality, accuracy and responsiveness.
- Conducting presentation and demonstrations with prospects to understand their needs and giving solutions for the same.
- Attending client meetings & follow up throughout conversion process
- Ensuring maximum usage of the software is done by the service provider
- Taking feedback from the customer for the service availed
- Provide feedback in order to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participation in other projects/sales and marketing activities held
- Understanding User Behaviour.
- Competitor analysis in marketing and strategic management.
- Achieving set deadlines.
- Preparing various summary reports on daily and monthly basis.
- Note: Depending on the performance and skill set, you can be given a permanent placement offer .
- Duration of Internship: 5 months
