Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Engagement Executive at Matkatus in Chennai. The Customer Engagement Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and consulting with clients to meet their needs.

- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
- Confident communicating with a wide cross-section of people both within the business and within the client base - excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
