Customer Engagement Job in IESoft Technologies

IESoft Technologies is a product and services company with operations in UAE and India. We started our operations in the year 2012 and have come a long way in the past five years. We have helped many clients reach their goals, supporting them with our software expertise. We launched a product two years ago and our inhouse team worked on both development and marketing. Now It is one of the top 3 websites in the country.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on making/answering calls and talking professionally with European customers to provide information about products and services, taking/canceling orders, or obtaining details of complaints
2. Work on keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
3. Work on processing orders, forms, and applications
