Using data analysis to discover contacts reduction opportunities and creating strategic intent to fix these issues,
Executing large scale programs to drive the business and ensure a great Post-order Customer Experience in collaboration with other teams,
Generating and disseminating status updates to ensure visibility,
Driving Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with Leadership teams. Analyzing CX and Defect Reduction metrics - customer contact volumes and developing solutions that reduce defect events. Providing project management and cross-functional support on key improvement initiatives MBA from Premier B-School - Ability to think big and develop creative solutions
