Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and walk-ins with a professional and friendly attitude
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, and basic course-related inquiries
- Manage class schedules, attendance tracking, and batch coordination
- Maintain student records and support day-to-day center operations
- Follow up on leads generated via social media, WhatsApp, or walk-ins
- Explain course details, batch timings, and pricing to prospective students
- Convert high-potential leads into registered students through persuasive communication
- Maintain a database of leads, calls, conversions, and follow-ups using basic tools or CRM
- Provide regular updates to management on lead status and conversion pipeline
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience Management:

Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.

Ensure all queries, complaints, and feedback are logged, acknowledged, and resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and escalate concerns that need management attention.

Assist in improving the customer journey by collecting feedback and suggesting process enhancements.
2. Sales Coordination and Support:

Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads, quotations, order confirmations, and delivery updates.

Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and order acknowledgments to clients.

Track ongoing orders and ensure timely communication with customers regarding delivery schedules or delays.

Maintain CRM systems by updating client interactions, lead progress, and opportunity tracking.
3. Order and Documentation Management:

Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of client data, product SKUs, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.

Liaise with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to coordinate the timely fulfillment of orders.

Generate regular sales reports, customer service reports, and documentation required for internal analysis or client presentations.

Ensure proper filing of contracts, correspondence, and transactional records for audit readiness.
4. Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.

Share insights from customer interactions to inform product improvements or service enhancements.

Help organize promotional campaigns, customer loyalty programs, or sales events as required.

Support sales presentations, client onboarding, and product demos when needed.
5. Customer Retention and Upselling:

Identify repeat customers and coordinate follow-ups to enhance loyalty and retention.

Share product updates, promotions, or new offerings that may be relevant to existing clients.

Maintain a database of key accounts and assist in account management strategies.
