Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.

Provide detailed product information and assist customers in resolving issues related to product/service usage.

Ensure all customer interactions are handled with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.
2. Customer Feedback & Improvement:

Actively listen to customer feedback and document their concerns or suggestions for improvement.

Work closely with other teams (e.g., product, sales, marketing) to implement changes based on customer feedback.

Conduct surveys or interviews with customers to gather insights on their experiences and areas for improvement.
3. Problem Resolution:

Handle customer complaints or issues, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior staff for further resolution.

Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and to gauge their satisfaction.
4. Customer Journey Management:

Monitor the customer journey across different touchpoints and ensure a seamless experience.

Ensure consistency in service quality across various channels and customer touchpoints.

Work on improving customer satisfaction by identifying pain points in the customer experience and recommending improvements.
5. Product Knowledge & Training:

Stay up-to-date with the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Provide feedback to the training and development teams to enhance the knowledge base for customer-facing teams.

Educate customers about new products, services, or company updates.
6. Data Entry & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system.

Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels to help shape future customer experience strategies.

Track customer issues, their resolutions, and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
7. Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service and demonstrating a genuine interest in their satisfaction.

Engage with repeat customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and foster customer loyalty.
