Job Objective: The objective of this role is to collect the customer feedback & provide the parameter based analysis report
* Connect & engage with the promilo.com customer via a online appointment process
* Understand the offering by projecting the requirement
* Update the excel report on daily basis.
* Maintain call quality standards as per defined matrices
* Collect minimum 3 to 6 customers feedback on a daily basis.
