Job Description
1. Undertaking all customer support tasks in external facilities
2. Operating efficiently to conclude all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities
3. Ensuring that the work progress accurately follows the agenda
4. Performing troubleshooting and striving to resolve issues
5. Producing frequent and analytical service reports
6. Collaborating with internal teams and ensuring two-way communication
7. Discerning customer needs and offering advice or recommendations
8. Maintaining and nurturing customer relationships and trust

2. can start the internship between 22nd Mar'21 and 26th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have proven experience as a field service representative
2. Must have the ability to manage and preserve technical equipment
3. Must have good knowledge of English
4. Must have the ability to easily acclimate to modified schedules and shifts
5. Must be accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
6. Must have a technical degree or certification
