About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage incoming calls, chat,s and emails from customers in a timely manner and identify & assess customers' needs, clarify information and provide solutions and alternatives wherever applicable
2. Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate to customer support head when necessary
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through an open communication
4. Provide accurate & complete information to improve customer satisfaction leading to noticeable results
5. Maintain records of every interaction and forward them to a concerned team members whenever necessary
