Job Description

As a Customer order confirmation intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our order processing system. You will work closely with our customer service and order fulfillment teams to confirm and verify customer orders, making sure that every order is processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Review customer orders and order-related information for accuracy and completeness
2. Contact customers to confirm order details and address any discrepancies or issues
3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related problems and discrepancies
4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of order confirmations
5. Assist in processing customer orders when necessary
6. Provide excellent customer service and support during the order confirmation process

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
4. Proficient in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
5. An understanding of order processing systems and customer service is a plus
