Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)
The incumbent is responsible for daily & Monthly MIS activities in customer quality. This includes sorting of Data with respect to Phenomenon, CFA & Plant wise classification.
The position is also responsible for auditing CFA’s with respect to 5S adherence & Releasing Score on the Same Day through Mail.
KEYPERFORMANCE AREAS
· Ensure Accurate & Timely Preparation of MIS Data.
· N(ABC) Audit & Scoring of CFA’s.
· Claim Stratification with respect to Early usage, Premature & Warranty
· Updating Monthly Claim Dashboard.
· Enlisting of Sample Submission in SAP.
Analysis, MIS and Reporting
· Consolidation of MIS Claim Data from SAP, Dashboard & Power Bi and verifying the accuracy inline.
· Good Analysis and interpretation skills to deliver as per the Requirement.
· Good Knowledge on Computer Tools, Customer Complaints & Claims.
· Prepare Daily, weekly & Monthly report on status of complaints and actions taken in CQ portal.
Education and Experience Required
Education:
B.Sc or any degree with MS Office & SAP is an added advantage
Experience:
Work experience of 2-4 Years
