As a Customer Quotation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to prepare and deliver accurate and timely price quotations to customers based on their inquiries and requirements. This involves analyzing customer needs, understanding pricing structures, coordinating with sales and product teams, and ensuring quotes align with company policies and profitability targets. Additionally, you may be tasked with negotiating prices, resolving pricing discrepancies, and maintaining records of quotations for future reference.

Tasks
Receiving clients’ instructions to render our services;
Following up and corresponding with various bodies, including but not limited to associates, agents, and governmental departments;
Providing specialist quoting services to the branch and end user customers;
To provide a central point of contact to engage with supporting departments/suppliers as necessary;
To create quotes at agreed margins;
Dealing with our in-house system to send reports and statistics to clients;
Ensure work is delivered to agreed service level;
Obtain and maintain current information on agents ongoing pricing structures;
Administer orders with special instructions and documentation requirements;
Expedite project orders and prepare required client reports;
Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations;
Purchase or coordinate with purchasing the entering of project related purchase orders, and
Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
