Job Overview:
As a Customer Relation Executive at Melker Finance, you will be the face of the company, serving as the first point of contact for customers. Your role is to engage with clients, understand their financial needs, offer appropriate products and solutions, and maintain long-term relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving queries, and supporting overall business growth through excellent service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement

Greet walk-in clients and respond to incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner.

Understand the customer’s financial needs and suggest appropriate products such as personal loans, gold loans, fixed deposits, and investment options.

Provide accurate information about products, terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
2. Relationship Building

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals.

Assist in client onboarding, including document collection, KYC verification, and account setup.

Follow up with clients regarding product renewals, interest payments, and pending documentation.
3. Customer Support & Service

Handle customer queries and concerns related to loan processing, repayment schedules, EMI details, and other account-related services.

Coordinate with internal teams (collections, credit, operations) to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Escalate unresolved concerns to the branch head or relevant department as needed.
4. Sales Support

Work with the sales team to help achieve branch targets and cross-sell financial products.

Maintain customer interaction logs and update CRM systems regularly.

Support field staff by scheduling appointments or follow-ups for lead conversion.
5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all customer interactions and transactions adhere to RBI guidelines and company policies.

Assist in the preparation and verification of loan applications and agreements.

Handle confidential customer data with integrity and discretion.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Language: Proficiency in English and local language(s)

Ability to understand financial products and explain them clearly
