Job Description
Job title: Customer Relations Executive
Reports to: Team Leader
Role and responsibilities
- From the leads provided, understand the forex requirement of the customer.
- Cross check the requirement with all the dealers in the respective cities by creating a lead through the system.
- Convince the customer with the rates available and payment& delivery options available.
- If the requirement isn't immediate, do follow up with all the customers.
- Document each and everything that he/she does
- Meet the daily, weekly, monthly targets.
- Needs to be aggressive to fetch more leads for himself and not be satisfied with wat gets allotted to him
Desired Profile
- Any Graduate
- Experience Level - 0 – 1 Years
- Fluency in English, Hindi and any regional language.
