Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive, located in Hubli. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

  • Understand customer needs, queries, and concerns to provide prompt and effective solutions.

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

  • Proactively communicate with clients to update them about new products, offers, or policy changes.

  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.

3. Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling

  • Address customer grievances quickly and professionally.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher management or relevant departments when needed.

  • Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved within defined timelines.

4. Sales Support & Cross-Selling

  • Assist the sales team by generating leads and providing insights into customer preferences.

  • Promote new products, services, and ongoing offers during customer interactions.

  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer needs.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer records, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

  • Update customer information in the company’s CRM system or database.

  • Prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction, complaint trends, and service performance.

6. Coordination & Teamwork

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, accounts, and operations teams to resolve customer-related issues.

  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer expectations and market trends.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

4. Technical Knowledge

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Knowledge of MS Office, emails, and online communication platforms.

  • Comfort in handling customer-related databases and tools.

5. Time & Task Management

  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails efficiently.

  • Prioritize urgent customer requests and ensure timely responses.

  • Meet deadlines while maintaining service quality.
