About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop a strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications
2. Manage a high volume of customer calls to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
3. Resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
4. Develop new business opportunities in every customer communication
5. Assist in developing sales and marketing initiatives
6. Develop and maintain sales incentive programs
