Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction and Relationship Building

Serve as the front-line contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person (where applicable).

Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and feedback.

Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs, offering relevant solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.

Maintain a friendly, respectful, and empathetic tone with all customer communications, regardless of the nature of the inquiry.
Issue Resolution and Complaint Management

Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring a timely turnaround.

Log, monitor, and track open cases or service tickets using CRM systems or customer support software.

Follow up with customers to ensure that problems have been satisfactorily resolved and offer additional assistance if needed.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments when appropriate.
Information Management and Reporting

Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM or designated support platform.

Provide detailed feedback on recurring issues, customer pain points, or service gaps to help improve products, services, and internal processes.

Generate customer satisfaction reports and contribute to performance metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Team Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support to address customer needs and feedback.

Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training workshops.

Assist in developing and updating internal FAQs, customer self-help content, and training manuals.
Process and Policy Adherence

Follow company policies, customer service standards, and data protection guidelines (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Keep up to date with product and service changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the customer support process and share suggestions with management.
