Job Description

Customer Relations Specialist requires an intimate knowledge of the products or services being sold, great communication skills and sales experience
High quality of Product/Process Knowledge to handle customer calls
To handle customers calls/emails/chats and keep them informed about services and detailed information
To listen to objection and handle them effectively
Determines requirements by working with customers
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
Optimize the use of UTMS and E-Commerce platform
Attrition control of customers
Ensure adherence to schedule and login times as applicable.
