 Customer Relations Specialist
Job Description
Job Summary: Zoobop is seeking an Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual that is seeking to work in a startup environment. The candidate will need to oversee the customer & seller support related activities while also coordinating any logistics-related issues. The candidate should have excellent communication skills (in English) and should be solution-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- 
							Develop strong customer relationships and be responsible to resolve queries of customers through E-mail and Chat within the assigned timeline. 
- 
							Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues. 
- 
							Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through chat/email. 
- 
							Ensure customers- queries/escalations are managed with high accuracy/relevance within the agreed SLA/TAT. Operations Management 
- 
							Responsible for the service delivery operations including coordination with vendors and logistic service providers for customer deliveries 
- 
							Follow- up with Vendors / Logistics Partners and handling problem resolution 
- 
							Delivery tracking and invoice coordination with vendors. 
- 
							Making reports on Excel 
- 
							Resolve any vendor-related complaints/issues Required Skills and Experience 
- 
							3+ years of work experience in customer support roles with at least 1 year of experience in a B2C E-commerce based company 
- 
							Should have experience in handling logistics/delivery related matters 
- 
							Effective reading and writing English communication skills. 
- 
							Required to have good time management skills with attention to detail 
- 
							Should be conversant with online shopping and e-commerce 
- 
							Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers on Calls, Emails Chat. 
- 
							Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
- 
							Education: Undergraduate degree / diploma Job Timings 
- 
							6 Days a week – Monday to Saturday 
- 
							Timings: 9:30am to 6:30pm
