Job Description
Customer Relations and Sales Support Function for a Small Medium Manufacturing Unit in Narsinghpur Gurgaon. Key responsibilities will include:
- Compiling requirements from Sales Team and
converting the same into manufacturing instructions;
- Monitoring buffer
stock levels and escalating as necessary;
- Preparing shipping/dispatch
instructions, monitoring dispatches are done as per instructions and
communicating the same to both clients and sales teams;
- Monitoring payment
calendars and sending reminders to both sales team as well as clients;
- Maintaining a list of required C-Forms and following up for the same.
