Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive and Manager for Voice Process position at Company Name Confidential located in Mumbai . As a Customer Relationship Executive and Manager for Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone. Your daily tasks will include answering customer queries, resolving complaints, providing information about products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Business Process Improvement or Training is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in local languages is desirable
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial
Work Exp - 0 To 2+ years
1-Working Days - 5 days in a week
2-Week off- 2 Days in a week rotational
3-Vertical- Service ( CRT ) / Inbound Calling Process, RIO, E-Channel
4-Process - Voice Only
5- Shift Timing (Work from Office)- Rotational round the clock shift for male candidate (Women Employees - No Shift beyond 8.30PM will have only day rotational shift timing )shift .Fix shift for RIO-10Am-7:30 Pm E-Channel 9:30 Am-7:30 Pm
8-Transport- NA
Skills-
Understanding about call center and thought process should be clear for working with company.
Interview Process :
There are total 2 Rounds of interview’s.
1 HR Round’s & 1 Operations Round.
