· Lead generation, cold calling.
· Converts inquiries into sales by answering both inbound and outbound calls and convert them into leads and appointments.
· Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
· Follow up our prospective customers by phone calls or emails on a rotating basis.
· Client Relations Management.
