Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Handling walk in customers, providing service quality, Daily coordination with head offices, Complaint resolution within TAT, Daily CIBIL Logins on step by step complaints and queries of new customer / existing customers
· Cold calls , generating new customer leads, cross selling to existing customers, cross selling to group customer
· Complaint resolution within TAT, Daily CIBIL Logins on step by step complaints and queries of new customer / existing customers.
· Forming of DSRs from RM
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
· Graduate
· Excellent communication skills
· Process knowledge is a must
· Adept in use of MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Should possess problem solving skills; Should be result oriented, process and compliance oriented
