Job Description

Be the first and last point of contact for the office space/ Centre.

Welcome prospective clients for tours, track walk‑ins and schedule tours.

Greet and check‑in member guests, manage the floors during business hours to ensure everything is in order and running smoothly.

Workspace upkeep - Ensuring the common areas, meeting rooms are well always kept (furniture, magazine, etc.)

Support Sales Team in conducting client/prospect walkthroughs and any assistance that may be required.

Assist with move ins and move outs; prepare and distribute member welcome kits.

Assist the Centre Head in the endeavors to target and achieve a 100% renewal rate for the Centre.

Any other ad-hoc work assigned by the center-head

Process driven with experience on database management / CRM application.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a lean / agile team with a fast-paced environment.

Adept at building and managing client relationships

Focus on developing and cultivating long-term client relationships

Strong verbal and written communication skills, actively looking for ways to improve customer experience
