Job Description
- Interact via telephone and optionally via email and SMS with customers who registered on-site in our web portal to learn about their area of business
- Suitably configure our portal services to the customer's requirements
- Follow up with our customers by telephone and optionally via email and SMS to enquire if they are satisfied with services configured for them
- Enquire customers about their interest in obtaining a paid subscription
- Send price quotation, negotiate and follow-up as required to close the sales cycle
- Customer complaint handling
- Be self-driven and complete the assigned tasks in a timely manner. Stay focused on work during the office hours
- Working hours - 0900 - 1800 hours.
- Alternate Saturdays are working days
