Job Description
• Manage, relationship with existing accounts.
• The basic job purpose is to proactively and methodically develop relationships with customers in their region, endorse products and services to them, negotiate agreements with the aim of maximizing sales profits and contribute directly to the organizational vision.
• Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the organization with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide market feedback to the organization.
• Manage, train and mentor reportees and improve overall team performance.
• Submit proposal to prospective and existing customers, negotiate to sign the contracts with customers.
• Track and report sales activities on timely basis.
• Develop and deploy plans to increase sales in respective territories.
• Provide detailed and timely reports to the management.
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information, to enable negotiations with the clients.
• Extend help and support in forthcoming products and provide input on special promotional activities to be conducted in the region.
• Review individual and teams performance and aim at achieving organizational targets
