We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives at our Customer Contact Centre on the rolls of Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (MIBS).
Job Role: Customer Relationship Executive – Outbound: Voice/Tele-Calling – Renewals and Fresh Calling

Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Process:
- Engage with customers to educate them on insurance and provide options that suit their requirement most appropriately.
- Handle escalations and irate customers.
- To achieve sales number and value with minimum achievement targets along with incentives for achieving above targets.
- To ensure customer engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery.
- To solicit and cross-sell to customers wide variety of options/products.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO industry in sales and customer service process. Freshers can also apply.
- Candidate should have good command over spoken Hindi or English (primary language) and one regional language (Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Oriya, Punjabi).
- Candidates from sales processes would be preferred. A candidate would need to achieve sales number and value with minimum achievement targets along with incentives for achieving above targets. Customer engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery is a hygiene factor.
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate from recognised university
Location: Thane
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (subject to change in a window of 9 AM to 9 PM)
Weekly Off: Sunday
CTC – 10,000 to 16,000 Net Take Home Salary
Benefits: Food Coupon of Rs. 1,250 provided every month, bus facility from Thane Station and Borivali Station to Office to and fro, coverage under group personal accidental insurance policy.
Leaves and Holidays: 21 days of Earned Leave in a calendar year. 6 fixed public holidays and 4 optional public holidays in a calendar year.
