Customer Relationship Executive
Experience- 2 to 3 years
Qualification- Any Graduate
Location -Nagpur
Salary- 15K to 20K
Job Responsibilities:
· Generation of Leads and qualifying the leads.
· Addition of new customer’s / product information into the CRM system, if data isn’t available.
·
Call existing customers and
distributors and close the issues, if any in- coordination with sales team.
Escalate any complaints.
· Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager
· Expertise in CRM principles and practical sales and marketing application in a B2B environment.
· Extensive knowledge of acquisition and retention marketing techniques both online and offline.
· Experienced in working with and analyzing large datasets, with the ability to deep dive and derive actionable insights both at the strategic and tactical level.
· Technical knowledge of CRM systems.

· Excellent communication in verbal and written are mandatory
· SAP or ERP knowledge is mandatory
· South Indian candidates are most preferable for client communication
