Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic team. As a CRE, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support by managing the inbound and outbound calls, assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Provide clear and accurate information to customers about products, services, or account details.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring all information is accurate.
Adhere to call scripts and company guidelines while maintaining a friendly and approachable tone.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Identify potential sales opportunities or cross-sell additional products/services where appropriate.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues or improve processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
