Job Description
What are you expected to do in this role?
We are looking for a customer engagement specialist and the purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and our core team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements/ challenges and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.
What to expect from the role
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits and follow up to ensure the solution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage the customer
Expected Skill
- Good communication and presentation skills
- 0-1yr experience in relevant stream
- Any graduate(Preferably Computer Science / IT background)
- Good Analytical skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
