We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our Voice Process team. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our customer service operations, assisting customers with their insurance needs and providing high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding their insurance queries.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records accurately in the system.
- Ensure a high level of customer service in every interaction.
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in a voice process).
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
