Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to be the face of our brand in-store and support customers through their buying journey. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring that the store environment is visually appealing and aligned with current fashion trends.
This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to manage customer relationships with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Relationship Management

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate fashion items or accessories.

Handle customer complaints or feedback promptly and escalate when necessary.

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Build and maintain long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
Floor Setting & Visual Merchandising

Ensure that the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.

Arrange and display products according to the store’s visual merchandising guidelines.

Rotate stock regularly to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections.

Assist with inventory checks and replenishment on the floor.

Keep fitting rooms tidy and assist customers with trial sessions.
Store Maintenance & Fashion Presentation

Maintain a neat and fashionable appearance that reflects the brand’s style and standards.

Ensure that store branding, signage, and promotional materials are updated and well-placed.

Monitor floor traffic and customer behavior to optimize the shopping experience.

Support team members and managers during peak hours or special events.

Assist in organizing fashion events, launches, or campaigns when required.
Skills and Qualifications

Minimum education: Min 10th Pass/Any other Degree/Inter, High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in fashion/retail is a plus.

Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or fashion industry preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of current fashion trends and retail merchandising principles.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude.

Basic computer skills (billing software, inventory management) is an advantage.

Physical stamina to stand for long hours and manage floor duties.
