Job Details:- Customer Relationship Executive will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. You should be able to oversee your team members and provide support as and when required. Also, you should be able to conduct follow-up calls. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to offer an enhanced customer experience. 

Job responsibilities:-  
 Build and maintain strong client relationships. 
 Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs. 
 Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 
 Resolve client complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention. 
 Respond to client queries via phone or  email. 
 Coordinate with internal teams for timely client responses. 
 Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
 Prepare client satisfaction and issue resolution reports. 
 Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance client experience. 
 Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.   

Required Skills:- 
 0-1 years of work experience in the same field. (Edtech Experience)
 Fresher’s can be considered.
 Must have good communication skills(written as well as oral)
  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
