Customer Relationship Executive
Job Description
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, following up on feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement and Retention

Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring a personalized and positive customer experience.

Build trust and long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.

Maintain regular contact through phone calls, emails, messages, and meetings to foster engagement and client loyalty.

Provide proactive service updates, new product or service introductions, and personalized assistance to enhance client satisfaction.
Issue Resolution

Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, efficiently, and with professionalism.

Investigate and resolve product, service, billing, or delivery issues by coordinating with relevant internal departments.

Follow up to ensure problems are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Service Support and Coordination

Assist clients in placing orders, making inquiries, scheduling appointments, and accessing services.

Update and manage customer records, transaction histories, and service feedback using CRM tools or databases.

Ensure clients are kept informed about delivery status, new offerings, and service renewals.
Sales Support and Lead Management

Collaborate with the sales team by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer feedback and service usage.

Support client onboarding, orientation, and initial service setup as needed.

Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and potential leads for follow-up by the sales department.
Reporting and Feedback

Prepare periodic reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, recurring issues, and service performance.

Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams for product or service improvements.

Track customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) and help develop strategies to enhance client experience.
Communication and Collaboration

Maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and internal teams (sales, technical, billing, etc.).

Participate in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to customer service strategies.
