Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated and personable Customer Relationship Executive who will be responsible for managing client communication, building long-term relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, a patient listener, and someone who enjoys helping customers while ensuring business goals are met.
The CRE acts as the bridge between the customer and the company—whether handling inquiries, resolving issues, following up on leads, or ensuring repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.

Provide detailed information about the company’s products or services.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
2. Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Regularly check in with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer profiles.
3. Lead Follow-up & Coordination

Follow up with prospective clients via calls, WhatsApp, or email to convert inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, or operations teams to close leads or resolve customer queries.
4. Complaint Handling

Listen to customer complaints empathetically and handle them with care.

Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex problems to the manager if needed.

Ensure timely follow-up until the issue is resolved and the customer is satisfied.
5. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using CRM tools or Excel.

Generate daily/weekly reports related to calls made, follow-ups, conversions, complaints, and customer feedback.
6. Loyalty & Retention

Promote loyalty programs, referral schemes, or feedback surveys to retain customers.

Encourage repeat business by staying in touch and updating customers about new offers, services, or changes.
7. Coordination with Internal Teams

Communicate customer expectations to other departments (sales, billing, technical, or delivery).

Ensure the customer journey from onboarding to post-sale is smooth and error-free.
