Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CRE serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure continued engagement and repeat business.
Sales & Business Growth
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Cross-sell and upsell products/services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service or product-related issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Market & Customer Insights
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve products/services.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to offer relevant solutions.
- Provide recommendations to enhance customer experience based on insights.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction, issues, and sales performance.
- Assist in developing customer service policies and best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
