We are looking for smart young candidates for our store in Tripunithura, Ernakulam.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to provide exceptional in-store customer service by assisting customers, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a customer-centric approach.

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, offering product recommendations, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles Duties include

Should guide store visitors and sell the products.
Responsible for all stores functions
Checking of received Material with invoice and purchase order.

Required Skills:

Should have computer Knowledge
Good listening, presentation and decision making skills

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Engagement & Assistance:

Greet customers and create a welcoming store environment.
Assist customers in finding products/services that meet their needs.

✅ Sales & Product Knowledge:

Provide detailed information about products, features, and pricing.
Help customers make purchase decisions based on their requirements.

✅ Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

Handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally.
Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and refunds when required.

✅ Billing & Payment Assistance:

Guide customers through the checkout and payment process.
Ensure proper invoicing and documentation.

✅ Feedback Collection & Relationship Building:

Collect customer feedback and suggestions for service improvement.
Maintain long-term relationships with loyal customers.

✅ Store Maintenance & Stock Management:

Ensure the store is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Assist in stock updates, inventory checks, and promotional displays.
