Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive - Tele-Sales

Department: E-Channel – Voice Process (Tele-Sales)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Salary Range: ₹2.00 LPA – ₹2.80 LPA

Incentives: Up to ₹25,000/month based on performance

Qualification: Graduate (Full-time or Part-time)

Job Overview: We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executives for our EChannel Tele-Sales team. This role involves voice-based outbound calling to promote and sell financial products to customers and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for product promotion and sales

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of lead generation and conversions

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and offers

• Maintain proper call records and follow-up schedules

• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Shift Details:

• Work Mode: Work from the Office

• Shift Timings:

o Male: Rotational shifts (24x7)

o Female: Day rotational shifts only (till 8:30 PM)

o Fixed Shift (E-Channel): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

• Working Days: 5 days/week

• Week Off: 2 rotational weekly offs

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi

• Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
